In order to use the Stallions Afloat, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. Stallions Afloat uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You are obligated to confirm final numbers and arrnge final payment 14 days prior to the cruise date. We will attempt to send your cruise boarding tickets and or confirmation within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation (if you have provided your email address). We will normally deliver the service as advertised at the date and time booked.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you have any concerns or you are not completely satisfied with the cruise product you desire. You may apply for a tentative 48 hour booking without payment. Please email us at party@stallionsafloat.com.au

 

Once the 48 hour cooling period has expired you will have the option to cancel or proceed and purchase the cruise product of your choice. Payment will be required at that time. Once payment is received any and or all payments received are non-refundable.

  • 100% cancellation fees apply - no refunds or cruise credits available
