To make a booking.
A booking fee of $10.00 per person is required to secure your place on board the cruise. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking fee is received. The number of seats you book for initially may be an estimate, and can be changed. First to pay the booking fee are allocated places on the cruise. We do not accept tentative or temporary bookings. We do not hold seats without payment being received.


Finalising your booking
Final numbers & final payment is required 14 days prior to the cruise. You may pay a booking fee for 20 guests then reduce booking 14 days prior, to say 17, without loosing any money. Booking fee is simply deducted from the final balance owing. If you change a booking within 14 days of the cruise you will lose the $10.00 per person booking fee for any guests not attending. Bookings not finalised on time without special arrangements may loose part or all of the deposit paid and may lose seats. Please finalise numbers on time.


Late Bookings
Arrange an immediate booking fee to secure seats, & finalise numbers/payments as quickly as possible. Please discuss with your cruise coordinator who will confirm the agreed date for final numbers & final payment. This will be the agreed latest date that numbers can be changed & final payment accepted.


Refunds
All payments made to Stallions Afloat are non – refundable.

In brief, you need to get moneys in quickly & on time to make sure you do not miss out. However, before sending money, double check with your guests that the booking is definitely going ahead.
